Is the Mardi Himal Trekking safe?

Generally, it is a safe trail. To be safe while trekking, either you should have enough trail information or it is advisable to go with a trusted trekking agency that is familiar with the trail. From the beginning of the Mardi Trek to High Camp(the last camp of the trek), you don’t need to worry throughout the year.

From High Camp to Mardi Himal Base Camp, some sections are very risky, especially when there is ice. It is risky as it has a narrow path which will be more risky in wintertime.

If the trail is covered by snow, it is very risky beyond High Camp. However, if you go through a guide, you’ll be safer than a solo trek.
