What’s Included and Excluded in Our Affordable Package
Included in the Package:
- Kathmandu – Pokhara – Kathmandu by Luxury Tourist Bus (Sofa Seat Bus)
- Standard full-board meals (5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 4 dinners), with 1 main course per meal
- 3 Cups of Tea/Coffee each trekking day
- Best available twin-sharing teahouse accommodation during the trek
- Transportation from your hotel in Pokhara to Dhampus Phedi (trekking starting point) by private cab/jeep (depends on group size)
- Transportation from Kalimati (trekking ending point) to your hotel in Pokhara by private jeep
- All required trekking permits
- An experienced, licensed local guide for the trek
- Dedicated porter (shared between 2 guests; carries up to 22kg in total)
- All expenses for the guide & porter, including their insurance, transportation, and food
- First aid kit with an oximeter
- Trekking achievement certificate
- Duffel bag (to be returned after the trek)
- Seasonal fruits and cookies (served each trekking day)
- All applicable Nepal Government taxes and company service charges
Excluded from the Package:
- All types of drink items except for 3 cups of tea/coffee each trekking day
- Dessert food, snacks, and bar bills
- Meals & accommodation during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara
- All sorts of personal expenses such as laundry, Wi-Fi, and hot showers during the trek
- Additional costs that may arise from factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, illness, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Tipping for guide and porter (expected)
- Anything else not specified in the “Included” section
