Annapurna circuit Trek 14 days itinerary is considered as adventure difficult trek in Annapurna trek due to Thorangla(5416m) to do Around Annapurna trek. The world deepest gorge at Kaligandaki Valley and World widest Pass Thorangla is the main reason for this trek to become famous trekking destination at Nepal. This trek passes many mountain villages at Marsyandi valley as well as Kaligandaki valley. Stunning waterfall, Diversified climate zone, Hot Springs, Frozen Lakes, Alpine Valley and centuries-old Monasteries are the key features of this trek. Dharapani, Timang, Chame, Manang, Muktinath, and Jomsom is main highlighted spot in this trek.
Manang is the beautiful place to see Annapurna Massif. On the way, we will get the opportunity to see many eye-catching Waterfall and diversified landscape. People also have known this trek as the worlds best long distance trek. Normally all trekkers hike this route anti-clockwise direction which makes altitude gain is slower and easy pass to Thorangla.
Road construction on this trail made this trek shorter comparing before road on the trail. Before the road construction on the Annapurna Circuit, it takes about 21 days to the finished whole path about 230km. But nowadays we can do finished this trek 6 to 10 days depending on the fitness of trekkers and altitude experience. Because of road construction, mountain biking on this trail is also becoming day by day popular.
I prefer to do Annapurna Circuit Trek in 14 days itinerary which considers acclimatization. It’s distance about 160km which is starts from Syange and ends at Jomsom. If we drive Kathmandu to Besi Sahar by driving a local bus it takes around 6-7 hours roughly. On the way, we will have breakfast and lunch. From Besi Sahar, there will be two option to reach Syange. They are either we have to reserve a Jeep or we have to go by sharing basis. Syange is beautiful where a beautiful waterfall is located. That’s the main reason we have to stay overnight there. At the beginning of the trek, we will follow the Marsyandi river after crossing Thorangla Kaligandaki river. The way on this trail is easy because of flatter up and few stone steps.
Mountain view amorng the trail are Annapurna Massif (I-IV),Mount Manaslu,Lamjung Himal,Gangapurna,Tilicho Peak,Nilgiri,Tukuche Peak,Paungda Danda and Pisang Peak .
We can get easily vehicle for Kathmandu to Besisahar .But From Besisahar to Syange we need to search Local Jeep.We have to reserve Jeep also their there is possible to use Jeeep as sharing basis by using another guest or local people. From Nayapul to Pokhara we can use either private taxi or Local Bus to get Pokhara. From Pokhara to Kathmanu we can easily get tourist bus near from lakeside.
There is a natural good hot spring at Tatopani. At the Jagat and Chame there is also hot springs but its sometime disappear because of Flood at river.
I can make the itinerary will be 7 to 24 days according to your choice from Kathmandu to Pokhara. But if you want to do this trek in 7 to 10 days, you need strong physical fitness. In 14 days you can do Annapurna Circuit Trekking Itinerary including Marvelous Ghorepani Poonhill trek.
Its adventure grade of the trekking. Strong fitness is required. We will have enough acclimatization before Around Annapurna Trekking. This plan is considor the accimaltization for Altitude Sickness
Except Monsoon season, we can do this trekking. But September to mid-December and February to April is the best season.
