Detailed Itinerary of 2 Days Poon Hill Trek

Day 1: Drive to Tikedhunga and trek to Ghorepani

On the first day, we’ll drive up to Tikhedhunga, which takes approximately 3 hour from Pokhara. From Tikhedhunga, we’ll trek Ghorepani which takes around 6 to 7 hours. Stay overnight at a teahouse in Ghoprepani.

Day 2: Trek to Banthanti via Poon Hill and drive to Pokhara

On the second day, we wake up early at 5 am for a hike to Poon Hill. This day offers one of the most exciting experiences as we witness the sunrise over the panoramic mountain chains, which glisten like gold. After enjoying the sunrise view from the viewpoint, we return to Ghorepani for breakfast. Upon having breakfast in Ghorepani, we’ll trek to Banthanti and drive to Pokhara using Jeep.
